Legal # Terms of Service Last updated: March 2026 ## Service PixelVault provides image hosting via API. You upload images, we store and serve them via CDN. ## Acceptable use You may not use PixelVault to host: - Illegal content - Malware or phishing assets - Content that violates others' intellectual property - Content designed to abuse or overwhelm the service We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms. ## Your data You own your images. We don't claim any rights to content you upload. We store images to provide the service and serve them via CDN as instructed. ## Service availability We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime for the free tier. Paid plans include SLA commitments. ## Plan limits Each plan has storage, upload, and bandwidth limits. When limits are reached, operations are blocked — we never charge overages. Existing images continue serving. ## Free tier retention Free tier images older than 6 months that haven't been accessed in 30 days may be cleaned up after a 14-day grace period. Upgrade to a paid plan to retain all images indefinitely. ## Changes We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. ## Contact Questions?
